Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zilbil account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
